Mushagalusa Mastaki Kendri is the Founder and Executive Director, leading the organization’s vision and strategic direction in peacebuilding, youth empowerment, and community development in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

He has been instrumental in designing and implementing initiatives that use music, leadership training, and community engagement as tools for social transformation. His work focuses on equipping young people and local leaders with practical skills in peacebuilding, conflict resolution, and personal development.
